## Review the real app together. Send the fixes to agents.

Pin notes to the exact element on your running site. When a note is ready,
send it to a coding agent and get a pull request.

## Review together, on the page

Teammates and guests reply in a thread on the exact element. Each note keeps a
screenshot of what its author saw.

- People's notes show as pins on the element they point at.
- Anyone on the team can resolve a note.
- A guest joins with a review link for one Site. The link can expire.

## Send a note. Get a pull request.

A member sends the note to a coding agent. The run line on the note tracks it.

1. **Send:** a member picks one of their agents.
2. **Run:** the agent gets the note, its element, the replies and the
   screenshot. The run line shows Starting, Running, then PR opened or No
   change.
3. **Review:** the pull request links back to the note, and the agent replies
   on the thread. The note stays open until someone resolves it.

## Use the agent you already have

A run uses your own plan or key first, then the team's.

- **Claude Code and Codex:** hosted, in a fresh sandbox per run, on your Claude
  or ChatGPT plan or an API key. Team plan.
- **Cursor and Devin:** through their own APIs and GitHub Apps. Free and Team.
- **Agent on my computer:** the AppNotes mod for Claude Code, or the Pi and
  OpenCode extensions, on your own machine. Free and Team.

Only members can send. AppNotes never merges a pull request.

## Modes

- **Local:** notes stay in one browser, with no account. Export Markdown or
  JSON for an agent.
- **Connected:** organization-owned Sites with shared notes, replies, guest
  links, Send to agent, and the API and MCP.

Local notes never synchronize automatically.

## Product model

```text
Organization
└── Site
    └── Note
        └── Reply
```

A Site is one exact HTTP or HTTPS origin. Wildcards are invalid. An element note
has one primary target and up to seven additional element targets.

## Start with one site, free

Team adds members, more sites and hosted Claude Code and Codex.
